At ILYLM, we offer three main purchase options: Matchmaker Membership (subscription for brands/agencies), Professional Creator Representation Activation (one-time fee), and merchandise. Each has specific cancellation and refund terms below. All purchases are governed by our full Terms of Service.

1. Matchmaker Membership (Brand/Agency Subscription)

This is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual; current pricing available on the Site) providing weekly Monday Drop emails with curated creator introductions.

  • Risk-Free First Drop Guarantee (Applies to Both Monthly and Annual Plans): Sign up and receive your first Monday Drop email. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@ilikeyoulikeme.com within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund—no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to your initial purchase/charge and not to subsequent renewals.
  • Auto-Renewal & Cancellation (Monthly Plan): Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime via:
    • Your account portal ("Manage Subscription").
    • The link in your order confirmation email.
    • Emailing support@ilikeyoulikeme.com. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain full access (including scheduled Monday Drops) until the end of your current paid month. No pro-rated refunds for partial months.
  • Annual Plan: Offered at a discounted rate for a 12-month commitment. This plan is non-refundable after the 7-day First Drop Guarantee window. Early cancellation prevents renewal but does not trigger a pro-rated refund—you retain full access for the remainder of the 12-month term.
  • Service Commencement: Access begins immediately upon purchase (portal login, first Monday Drop scheduled). Beyond the First Drop Guarantee, sales are final due to instant digital delivery of proprietary curation.

2. Professional Creator Representation Activation (One-Time Fee)

This is a non-recurring purchase (current fee available on the Site) that initiates vetting and, upon approval, lifetime roster inclusion for Monday Drops.

  • 48-Hour Vetting Guarantee: Payment triggers a manual review of your profile (production quality, audience authenticity, professional readiness; typically ~48 hours).
    • Rejection: Immediate 100% refund if you do not meet standards.
    • Approval: Fee becomes non-refundable, as you gain immediate access to proprietary tools (Master Creator Playbook, communication scripts, personalized audit report) and ongoing pitching.
  • No Recurring Charges: One-time fee only—no subscriptions or auto-renewals.

3. Merchandise Purchases (Including Pre-Orders)

Physical goods (e.g., apparel, limited-edition items).

  • Standard Purchases: Eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of delivery (unused, original condition/tags). Buyer pays return shipping unless defective. Full details in our separate Return Policy.
  • Pre-Orders: Payment secures your item. Cancel anytime before shipping notification for a full refund. After shipping notification, treated as a standard fulfilled order (subject to Return Policy).

General Notes

  • Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Digital services commence immediately—beyond stated guarantees, purchases are final.
  • No "Try Before You Buy" options for memberships or activation.
