1. Overview I Like You Like Me offers both personal service subscriptions (Digital Memberships) and physical goods (Branded Merchandise). The delivery method and timing depend on the type of product purchased.

SECTION A: DIGITAL SERVICES (Memberships & Lists)

2. Delivery of Personal Services

  • Commencement of Service: Upon successful payment for a membership, the Personal Curation Service commences immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access the Key Person's curated selections in the member-only sections of our website.

  • Daily Drops (Newsletter): Subscribers will receive influencer leads—hand-selected by our curation team—via email every weekday morning (Monday–Friday).

  • No Physical Item: Unless bundled with merchandise, no physical package will be shipped for membership purchases, as the value is entirely comprised of digital service labor.

3. Troubleshooting Digital Access If you do not receive your welcome email or daily drop within 15 minutes:

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

  • Ensure vip@ilikeyoulikeme.com is added to your Safe Senders list.

  • Contact support at support@ilikeyoulikeme.com.

SECTION B: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Merchandise)

4. Processing Time

  • All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: During high-volume periods (product launches or holidays), processing may take an additional 2-3 days.

5. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Domestic (USA): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International: We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary significantly by country (typically 7–21 business days).

6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes I Like You Like Me is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs are not included in the checkout price).

7. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

8. Damages & Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@ilikeyoulikeme.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
