At ILYLM, we offer digital services (Matchmaker Membership subscriptions and Professional Creator Representation Activation) and physical merchandise. Refunds and returns vary by product type due to the immediate digital delivery of proprietary content, tools, and curation. All purchases are governed by our full Terms of Service.

1. Digital Services (Generally Non-Refundable)

Digital services commence immediately upon purchase (e.g., portal access, proprietary tools, scheduled Monday Drops, vetting process). As such, our general policy is no refunds once service begins or proprietary content is accessed/delivered, except for the specific guarantees below.

A. Professional Creator Representation Activation (One-Time Fee)

Current fee available on the Site.

48-Hour Vetting Guarantee: Payment initiates a manual review (~48 hours) of production quality, audience authenticity, and professional readiness.
- Rejection: Automatic 100% refund (processed within ~48-72 hours of rejection notice).
- Approval: Fee becomes non-refundable, as the service is fully delivered—you immediately receive access to the Master Creator Playbook, communication scripts, personalized audit report, and active roster inclusion for Monday Drops.
No recurring charges—one-time fee only.

B. Matchmaker Membership (Brand/Agency Subscription)

Monthly or annual subscription (current pricing available on the Site) providing weekly Monday Drop emails.

Risk-Free First Drop Guarantee (Applies to Both Monthly and Annual Plans): Receive your first Monday Drop email. If not satisfied for any reason, email support@ilikeyoulikeme.com within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of your initial charge—no questions asked. This applies only to the first payment and not subsequent renewals.
Monthly Plan: Auto-renews. Cancel anytime via account portal, order confirmation link, or support@ilikeyoulikeme.com. Access (including scheduled Drops) continues until end of current paid month. No pro-rated refunds.
Annual Plan: Discounted for 12-month commitment (may include exclusive bonuses). Non-refundable after the 7-day First Drop Guarantee window. Early cancellation prevents renewal but no pro-rated refund—full access remains for the 12-month term.

2. Physical Merchandise

Includes apparel, hats, and limited-edition items.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
Eligibility: Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags/packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase required.
Bonus/Gift Items: Items received as membership bonuses (e.g., Founding Member Hat) are not eligible for cash refund. Defective bonuses may be exchanged (membership fee remains non-refundable).
Process: Email support@ilikeyoulikeme.com to request return. If approved, we provide a return shipping label/instructions. Unauthorized returns not accepted.
Pre-Orders: Cancel anytime before shipping notification for full refund. After shipping, treated as standard merchandise.
Damages/Defects: Contact us immediately upon receipt for defects, damage, or wrong item—we'll resolve (replacement or refund).

3. General Terms

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items: Digital downloads/content (once accessed), sale/clearance items, gift cards.
Refunds Processing: Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/credit card processing may add time). We'll notify you of approval/status.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Physical Goods Only): For merchandise shipped to the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days of receipt for any reason (no justification needed). Buyer pays return shipping unless defective. Digital Services Waiver: By purchasing digital products/subscriptions, you request immediate performance and waive withdrawal rights once access/delivery begins.
No "Try Before You Buy": All transactions process immediately—no free trials beyond stated guarantees.
